Yardi is actively seeking an experienced and ambitious
Inside Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to sell our Voyager product, specializing in the
Public Housing industry, while cultivating strong client relationships. As an Account Executive, your primary focus will be on driving sales revenue through phone-based prospecting and lead qualification. You will play a pivotal role in executing end-to-end sales cycles, from initial contact to successfully closing deals.
Who You Are: - Drive sales of Voyager Product solutions within the assigned territory, focusing on Public Housing.
- Execute end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to closing deals, while meeting individual sales goals.
- Devote a minimum of 4+ hours per day to phone-based activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and identifying key decision makers.
- Proven sales aptitude, with a strong drive to exceed expectations and close deals.
- Ability to navigate the entire sales process, from prospecting to successful closures.
- Enthusiasm for participating in marketing events, effectively showcasing Yardi's solutions.
- Commitment to personal growth, including the completion of product certifications and performance reports.
What You'll Do: - Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience.
- Two plus (2+) years of successful sales experience.
- Up to 10% travel required.
- Thorough understanding of sales cycle management principles such as lead-generation; discovery and qualification; pricing, packaging, and positioning; proposal development; contract negotiation; and closure.
- Strong presentation and demonstration experience.
- Ability to cold-call and develop leads.
- Initiative and motivation to succeed.
- Proactive, engaging personality.
- Ability to understand technical products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to utilize corporate sales tools and complete ongoing training.
- High responsiveness with proven client-centered commitment and focus.
- Proven strong ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Annual compensation range $65,000 - $75,000
