- Proven success in B2B Digital Media: A strong track record building and leading high performing marketing and audience development functions in B2B digital media/Demand Gen organisations.
- Audience Expansion and Engagement: Skilled in growing and engaging subscriber audiences.
- Excellence in Customer Experience: Commitment to maintaining and elevating a top-tier Customer Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Building for scale: Proven experience building high performing, scalable marketing and client delivery functions in a B2B Digital Media/Demand Gen Organisation.

- Performance Analytics and Reporting: Define and evaluate the effectiveness of paid marketing channels and campaigns against ROI and KPI objectives, with a focus on subscriber acquisition and retention.
- Value Proposition Expansion: Innovatively scale and adapt our value proposition to new and broader markets.
- Budget Management and Optimization: Strategically manage and scale the marketing budget, optimizing a mix of channels for efficient growth, focusing on long-term sustainability and resourcefulness.
- Customer Segmentation and Data Strategy: Lead customer segmentation and enhance data intelligence to ensure precise audience targeting with impactful messaging.
- Team Management and Development: Guide and mentor the marketing team, exploring new avenues for efficiency and growth.
- Leadership in Key Marketing Initiatives: Spearhead major marketing endeavours, including market guides, virtual expos, conferences, and online award ceremonies.

Job Purpose
The Marketing Director assumes overall responsibility for marketing and communications at Today Digital and all trading styles and brands.
As our new Marketing Director you’ll join our senior management team and work with us at a strategic level to drive the business forward.

Education and/or Experience
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Advertising, Communications, or a comparable discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically within an agency setting.
- A strong preference for candidates who have previously worked in a fast-paced, growth-oriented small business environment.

Equipment Requirements
This is a home working role that requires you to provide some of your own equipment;
- Broadband Internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps Upload)
- Office desk and chair
- A suitable place to work that is noise and distraction free, warm and comfortable, and has a reliable electricity supply.
Company supplied equipment includes: PC, web camera, headset/speaker. All necessary software applications and licences.
