Associate Program Manager, Global Enterprise Sales Enablement
The Associate Program Manager, Global Enterprise Enablement is responsible for assisting with the development and execution of enablement programs to ensure the GitLab Global Enterprise Sales teams are equipped with the content, resources, tools, and training to differentiate and sell the GitLab solution effectively.
Job Grade
The Associate Program Manager, Global Enterprise Sales Enablement is a grade 5.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute tasks and responsibilities with clear direction and oversight from the Staff Program Manager, Global Enterprise Enablement, and Director, Global Sales and Customer Success Enablement.
- Build and implement the content, curricula, processes, and tools needed to support our enablement deliverables.
- Maintain, report on, and audit existing curricula and content.
- Deliver ongoing support to ensure the global Enterprise sales field successfully adopts enablement programs.
- Manage curricula and reporting for online, self-paced onboarding, and outcome-based, measurable continuous learning.
- Determine opportunities for improving the learning experience and identify innovative techniques for delivery and consumption, including manager support and coaching resources.
- Collaborate with SMEs cross-functionally in Revenue Strategy & Operations, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Partner teams, and more to identify and fill gaps in core sales training and enablement curriculum to meet the needs of the Enterprise Sales field.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvement to other Field Enablement Program Managers.
What You’ll Bring:
- Ability to continuously meet due dates and execute projects with positive impact from stakeholders.
- Familiarity with content creation and adult learning methodologies.
- Ability to learn and build enablement content and curricula from instructional design documentation.
- Tech-savvy individual, able to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies as well as the ability to use GitLab.
- Ability to gather input and build relationships with sales stakeholders and cross-functional SMEs and teams.
- Creative and analytical problem-solving skills, ability to think critically, with a high attention to detail.
- A results-oriented, enthusiastic approach, able to work in a team.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Aligns with GitLab Values.
- Sales background or working in a quota-carrying customer facing role is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and Content & Learning Management Systems is a plus.

The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of listed locations only. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. See more information on our benefits and equity. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted at up to 100% of the offered base salary. Colorado/Washington pay range
$64,900—$125,200 USD
California/Hawaii/New York/New Jersey pay range
$64,900—$139,200 USD
