Reporting into our Customer Success department, The Customer Success Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for helping our enterprise customers implement, optimize, and use our commercial product offerings. This will involve onboarding customers to Dash Enterprise, discussing and developing customer use cases, live coding and debugging over video calls, creatively satisfying the constraints of highly varied customer environments, and discussing technical issues with our broader team.
Core job responsibilities:
- Complete engaging + informative customer onboarding/orientation sessions introducing Dash Enterprise capabilities and features to our customers
- Dig into and help advance customer use cases to drive their company analytics forward
- Help customers build efficient Dash based workflows and navigate technical documentation
- Assist customers through technical issues including Dash App deployment with Dash Enterprise and connecting to different data sources (such as SQL databases, S3 buckets, Databricks, Azure Datalake)
- Discuss, plan, and help execute the customer’s key use case
- Log and track customer information in internal CRM tools (i.e. ChurnZero)
- Communicate customer requests to product and engineering teams
Job requirements:
- You are a champion for the customer and love working with some of the largest companies to drive their analytics forward
- 2+ years experience using Python
- Experience using Dash open source or the Plotly graphing libraries
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills for live customer calls
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Strong active listening skills to understand customer use case and apply abstract solutions
- Ability to teach and train others through sessions and workshops
- Experience writing and navigating technical documentation
- Basic Git Knowledge
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload in a remote environment
Assets:
- Experience live coding and debugging in front of clients
- Knowledge of or experience with SQL/Database connections
- Knowledge of/experience with data visualization, data analysis, and/or machine learning
- Knowledge of web app development, topics include architecture and relevant languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
