As a National Accounts Manager your key responsibilities will be:
Oversee day-to-day business relationships with agricultural retailers, equipment suppliers, and other B2B customers
Collaborate with teams company-wide to ensure that programs and workflows are in place to meet expectations of business agreements
Foster existing and build new national accounts relationships in line with business growth objectives
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to find solutions to customer needs, and makes connections to other internal teams as needed
Prepare and present professional and well researched presentations that clearly demonstrate value of Farmers Edge products and solutions in line with customer needs
Contribute to the overall national sales strategy by providing accurate data on existing accounts, market research and other customer specific insights
Monitor and regularly report on applicable performance metrics, and performs daily updates and maintenance to CRM
Attend customer and industry events and perform demonstrations as needed
We'd love to see:
Several years of sales and relationship management experience, preferably in B2B agribusiness or agriculture adjacent industry
An understanding of farming practices, equipment, precision agronomy, and variable rate technology would be ideal
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong business relationships
Ability to creatively problem solve and work in an agile environment
Strong financial acumen, and the ability to develop compelling sales presentations
