The *Senior Account Manager* is responsible for managing new and established accounts for continued revenue and profit growth for NAPA Transportation, Inc. This position ensures all customer service activities such as proactively communicating with both our customers and internal teams, responding to inquiries, scheduling deliveries and appointments, and handling them in a prompt, courteous, professional, and effective manner.
*Essential Functions and Responsibilities:*
* Focus on account growth and revenue generation
* Responsibility for scorecard management and identifying drivers to improvement.
* People management responsibility for CSR position; productivity, training, development, managing expectations and annual reviews.
* Effectively manages customer relationships and handles escalated situations with customers in a timely and professionally manner.
* Understands NAPA’s business needs and makes educated decisions based on those needs.
* Identifies assessorial opportunities through customer contracts.
* Schedules deliveries and appointments with customers in a timely manner.
* Inputs data using excel and other company specific software; ensuring 99% data integrity.
* Refers any unresolved customer issues to upper management.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
*Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:*
* 3+ years of related experience
* A high school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
