Overview
Compile, research, analyze, and document data, business requirements, workflow / processes, and functionality for assigned projects and tasks. Develop and evaluate information and prepare recommendations. Partner with Fraud Business Units, Project Managers, Technology Product Owners, etc in the creation, management, and maintenance of system requirements, user stories and backlogs.

Responsibilities
• Serve as functional lead for fraud detection technology projects
• Become a Subject Matter Expert for our fraud applications and technologies and develop deep business acumen of business areas/processes impacted by those technologies
• Take ownership of and proactively manage assigned Fraud technologies, including:
o Interacting with vendors on a regular and ad hoc basis
o Ensuring capabilities are operating effectively and providing maximum value
o Gathering business requirements and creating backlogs (Drive prioritization, understand and align to fraud and business roadmaps, etc.
o Performing application administration functions with assigned technologies (validation of tools to support stakeholder requirements, testing review and acceptance, make recommendations for tool refinements/ modifications, develop, and maintain standard operating procedures for tool administration, etc.)
• Report on fraud technology performance, with a focus on demonstrating the effectiveness and/or opportunities for improvement on a regular and ad-hoc basis
• Extract, transform, and load data from complex databases to create advanced reporting, as needed
• Ensure the security and integrity of solutions including compliance with Navy Federal, industry engineering and Information Security principles and practices
• Elicits and documents functional and non-functional requirements using variety of techniques, including interviews, document analysis, storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and diagramming
• Clearly present status and issues in variety of oral and written formats and lead meetings
• Author wide variety of user stories/features/product backlog items and other project artifacts
• Conducts requirements analysis and validation, ensuring requirements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that they conform to standards
• Solves business problems by defining systems solutions via interviewing stakeholders, identifying, and evaluating alternatives, and presenting findings
• Manages medium-large projects/product lines either solo or as part of a team of Analysts
• Recognizes and proactively raises issues or risks along with well-considered solutions
• Lead efforts to prepare project deliverables and ensure they are understood by project stakeholders
• Continually seeks opportunities to improve and increase level of industry/domain-specific knowledge by remaining current with emerging products and technical updates
• Mentors and guides Interns, Contractors, or Junior staff
• Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
• Author wide variety of user stories/features/product backlog items and other project artifacts
• Experience creating professional artifacts and deliverables
• Elicits and documents functional and non-functional requirements using variety of techniques, including interviews, document analysis, storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and diagramming
• Knowledge of multiple technical software delivery methodologies (i.e., Agile, Waterfall, SAFe)
• Advanced experience analyzing business requirements, process flows and use cases to find opportunities to streamline business processes in accordance with risk management framework and regulatory requirements
• Experience leading, guiding, and coaching junior staff and contractors
• Extract, transform, and load data from complex databases to create advanced reporting, as needed
• Ensure the security and integrity of solutions including compliance with Navy Federal, industry engineering and Information Security principles and practices
• Experience extracting, loading, and transforming data
• Experience conducting requirements gathering, analysis, and validation
• Experience working with agile project management tools such as agile boards, reports
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to problem solve
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present complex information clearly to all levels and influence key business partners
• Ability to self-manage in a fast-paced and iterative development environment
• Strong project management and project execution skills
• Experience preparing project deliverables
• Experience managing medium-large projects/product lines either solo or as part of a team of Analysts
• Ability to recognize and proactively raise issues and risks along with well-thought-out solutions
• Experience managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals
• Experience working with third party vendors
• Demonstrates competence in planning, organization, and multi-tasking
Desired Qualifications
• Certifications in MS Azure Cloud Fundamentals, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops (ADO)

Salary: Level III: $76,900 - $138,900 annually , Level IV: $95,000 - $159,675 annually
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM
