THE ROLE
NextGen America is currently seeking a Development Intern to join our remote spring internship program, with a possibility of extension to our summer and fall programs. This internship is not limited to college seniors or recent graduates. We also invite and encourage experienced professionals who may be looking for a career change to apply.
This position will be part-time with an expected commitment of 20 hours per week. The expected start date for our Spring Cohort will be February 26, 2024.

WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
Here are your key responsibilities in this role:
- Assist with core day-to-day activities of the Development team
- Assist with monitoring donations and updates to profiles of donors at all levels
- Assist with researching prospective donors, grantmaking organizations, and the creation of donor briefings
- Assist with the drafting and editing of donor collateral and other donor / events materials
- Provide support in Salesforce database - Creating reports, documentation etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION
NextGen America Interns are part-time, temporary employees with a set pay rate of $22/hour. This position is not eligible for benefits.
