The Role
As Executive Project Manager to CTO, you will own the implementation of the strategic agenda and support them on their daily operational tasks with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. You will provide executive support to CTO and facilitate change implementation throughout the engineering organization. Your tasks may include leading and supporting strategic planning, ensuring operational efficiency, facilitating and following-up on communication with the involved stakeholders and stakeholder engagement, team coordination, preparation, follow-up and leading meetings, as well as executive support.
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Project Manager who fancy's software engineering, brings the best out in people and thrives in an international, collaborative and fast-paced working environment. Strong communication skills on various levels, the ability to establish relationships and multi-tasking skills will be valuable to be successful in this role. This role would best fit a candidate whose career aspiration includes senior level software engineering leader roles.
Your Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Assist the CTO in developing and implementing technology strategies and roadmaps. Facilitate strategic sessions, drive implementation and follow-up.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee the operational aspects of the engineering team, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation. Identify and implement process improvements. Follow up on processes, asks, and leadership OKRs with other senior leaders; create meeting and workshop templates, process maps, and flows.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the CTO and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on engineering goals and initiatives.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate and occasionally manage high-priority projects. Ensure that all teams are aligned with the engineering vision and priorities.
- Meeting Preparation: Conduct research and prepare materials for senior leader meetings, strategic documents, and performance reports.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders (& other colleagues) across the organization to gather insights and feedback, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Executive Support: Provide direct support to the CTO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and might involve occasional expense reporting.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines as well as a strong sense of prioritization and ability to multitask.
- High integrity and the ability to adhere to an expectation of complete confidentiality regarding all business matters.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- A high level of flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience providing high-quality professional support to executives within a fast-paced team environment.
- Experience working in a product-engineering culture.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion and people situations.
- Background in software technology and an understanding of current and emerging trends.
- High proficiency with Mac/IOS products, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience communicating across different levels.
- Proactive attitude to review all activities and improve efficiency.
- Fluency in any other European language.

We value transparency and strive to offer competitive compensation packages based on fair and equitable principles. The remuneration for this role ranges from €3200 to €5000 gross per month, based on your qualifications, experience, and skills.
