Job Description
Visa Technology & Operations LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Staff SW Engineer (multiple openings) in Austin, TX to: Develop and enhance Visa’s Value Added Services products using agile development process. Design, develop, and provide end to end support for the platform services. Use knowledge of Adobe AEM development, Java/J2EE, HTML, AJAX, CSS, and JavaScript to create the best user experience. Work with the overall software delivery lifecycle and activities, standups, release and sprint planning, reviews, demos and retrospectives, and ensure quality and completeness of the product through unit, integration, and regression testing. Adhere to architecture standards, risk management and security policies. Position reports to the Austin, TX office and may allow for partial telecommuting. Domestic and international travel required 5-10% of the time.
Qualifications
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, followed by 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related engineering or application development occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a related engineering or application development occupation.

SALARY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $139,464 USD to $190,400 USD. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity.
