- Creating and managing the integrated program schedule by working with cross functional teams.
- Escalating key issues and present options for resolution to the cross-functional executive teams.
- Lead the development and operations teams in planning, prioritizing and executing product qualification and successful product ramps.
- Driving the Product Life Cycle process compliance by ensuring phase checklist compliance and coordinating phase reviews and provide enterprise-wide product development status information at weekly intervals.
- Publishing monthly metrics on actual performance to commitments.
- High level strategic decision making through detailed analysis and material preparations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to support and lead cross functional teams of designers, verification, implementation, IP teams, etc. for a ASIC Controller
- A proven track record of delivering initiatives from concept through completion on time, within budget and on agreed scope.
- Manage ISO / IATF process and its KPI tracking
Qualifications
- BE/B Tech with experience in Semiconductor engineering-Preferred
- Expertise in ASIC Program and project management
- Passionate about technology and ASIC development, wants to be involved in managing cross functional team deliverables and thrives in a fast paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills – with both technical and non-technical individuals.
- Fluency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, Jira etc.
