Position Overview
We are looking for undergraduates with experience with fluid dynamics, flow and thermal simulation (CFD) who want to gain experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer and for a few weeks become a part of software development team.
The internship will start in July 2024 and is planned for twelve weeks. During this time, we will make sure you are challenged and given every opportunity to grow your knowledge with the support of experienced Autodesk employees. You will get support, mentorship, guidance, autonomy and responsibility.
In the Krakow office we develop Generative Design for Fusion, Generative Fluids, Fusion Electronics Cooling and CFD technologies that are leading solutions for engineers in several areas of industry.
Location: Krakow, Poland
Responsibilities
As part of Autodesk, you will work with one of our scrum teams, with several developers and quality assurance engineers. You will work on the design project using our solutions, often not yet released to the customers. Proposed projects include fluid flow optimization using Generative Fluids and CFD simulations. While working on the project you will also have an occasion to complete quality assurance tasks, especially to provide feedback on the functionalities you used. This way you will help us develop better solutions for our customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to communicate with English speaking partners
- Basic knowledge of Fluids Mechanics and Heat Transfer
- Experience with CAD software
