Job Description
- Act as a Focal person to interact with the customer on our product quality and to meet customers' expectations.
- Responsible in managing the integration of Dell ODMs & Factory Configuration centers and driving quality metrics to plan. And continue improving factory processes to achieve the WW best product quality
- Act as focal point in driving the quality metrics in the qualification period, sustaining and after sales service
- Manages customer engagements or quality processes by driving with internal cross-functional teams eg R&D, Factory, Service etc
- Generation the reports in the monthly cadence to drive customer improvements plan in the field return
- Be the main liaison with the customers' project initiatives and in driving on the ongoing plan to closure
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Sc/Master degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Preferably possess 7 years or above in HDD /SSD /Semiconductor experience preferred.
- Strong Program Management skills required.
- Strong ability to understand customer specifications and requirements.
- Must be strong in advocating and communicating needs/priorities to others.
- Must possess strong interpersonal relationship
- Must be able to communicate effectively at multiple levels within an organization.
- Prefer experience with Dell ecosystems, subsystems, and arrays.
- Experience with large OEM accounts a plus
- The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
