Job Description
Identify and ensure internal and external reliability qualification requirements are incorporated into product qualifications. Assure reliability targets are met for new products.
Manage qualification start to finish including engineering evaluations during development. Lead root-cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions to address qualification failures and facilitate or participate in issues that arise on production released products.
Directing, performing and/or coordinating with external or internal team members to perform fault isolation to identify failure mechanisms, isolating faults/defects relating to FW, Memory and Test Programs. Work with cross functional engineering groups to isolate root cause of failures.
Facilitate potential problem analysis for products and processes in development. Qualify new technologies and processes developed by R&D. And ensure reliability targets are met
Evaluate and approve engineering change orders and supplier process change requests (PCN) along with qualification of changes when required. Support reliability improvement activities through root-cause analysis of failures and evaluation of improvements. Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer and supplier issues. Define and drive product Ongoing Reliability Monitoring (ORT) for sustaining products.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Masters degree from Electrical/Electronics/Computer science with 8yrs of work experience
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics and electronic circuits
- Basic knowledge on computer and memory system architecture
- Basic knowledge in computer programming (C, C++, Python)
- Theoretical knowledge in semiconductor fab process is a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong team player who can collaborate with colleague
- Energetic and curious to learn
