We're looking for a passionate and solution-oriented People Operations Specialist to join our People team part-time (35-40 hrs/week) in our Berlin office.
The People team supports +100 international team members, who work very hard towards our planet's regenerative future. Your mission will contribute to our organization's healthy growth by managing People projects that provide an amazing candidate and employee experience.

Your opportunity to make an impact:
Onboarding: You ensure a great employee experience through our on- and offboarding processes.
People Operations: You keep personal data, HR records, and tools up-to-date and correct.
Process Improvement: We are constantly improving our processes and tools and making them more efficient and user-friendly. You will actively think of ways to do things better and use data to support your decision-making.
Project Management: You will take part in different strategic people & culture projects with the possibility to lead them as well.
Ad-hoc support: Providing as-needed support to your peers in other People team functions such as Talent Attraction, Learning and Development, and Office Management.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
You have 3+ years of Human Resources experience, ideally in tech companies.
You have relevant experience in key HR areas (e.g. Onboarding, German labour laws, Talent Attraction, People Analytics, etc.)
You are not afraid of trying new HR approaches that contribute to providing an amazing Employee experience.
You like doing things from scratch; are not afraid of taking risks, like learning from your mistakes and sharing your learnings with others, and bring flexibility by jumping in to help your peers.
You speak and write English fluently (German is a plus but not required).
