Job Description:
In this role, you’ll be crafting scalable software solutions to automate various processes and solve challenges relating to our IC test labs. No IC experience is required, your focus will be on software. You’ll get to see your latest developments utilized daily by grateful colleagues across dozens of systems.
Our division designs RF power amplifier ICs for popular mobile devices, likely including one that you own. Measuring the performance of these amplifiers is an integral part of the design process, and automation software is the key to obtaining and analyzing measurement data.
Our small team primarily develops in c#, uses GitHub for source control, and utilizes the OpenTAP framework. We are composed primarily of electrical engineers, so your software skills will be a unique and valuable asset that will elevate our capability.

Minimum Qualifications:
BS Software Engineering and 5+ years related industry experience or MS in Software Engineering and 3+ years related industry experience.
Strong communication skills
Fluent in c#
Strong grasp of OOP and other industry-standard coding practices
Ability to solve new complex problems in a creative and self-guided manner

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $91,200 - $152,000.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
