As a DevOps Engineer at Tufin, your work will have a direct impact on development and production and across the entire R&D organization, your development and solutions will enable and enhanced customer engagement.
You will take a leading part in designing and implementing our automation infrastructure. This includes automatic configuration management, build pipeline, automatic provisioning and deployment of K8S and devops services on top of it, including data bases monitoring tools and in-house development.
- Previous experience as DevOps engineer .
- Profound experience (at least two years) in running Kubernetes in production
- Previous background in Linux and bash
- Previous background in DB administration such as Postgres, Mongo, Cassandra, Kafka .
- Profound experience in devops architecture and technical designs.
- Experience with Golang (We use Golang) and Helm

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about building infrastructure and DevOps to empower the company to scale effectively. As a DevOps Tech Leader, you will be responsible for the operations and infrastructure of a large scale On-premise and SAAS solution and for the tools that make our R&D productive and efficient. You will lead a successful DevOps projects that shapes the development, deployment and production process and provides technical guidance to the teams.
As part of the DevOps group you will work with cutting edge technologies and tools as, K3S Jenkins, Helm, Docker, Postgres, Mongo Cassandra, Kafka, Minio and more. You will have real influence on how things are done, including expanding and building infrastructure and processes from scratch, You will lead DevOps designs and POCs, technical training and technical investigations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical workshops and advise the DevOps group
- Ensure success in designing, POC, guide the teams to build our DevOps platform
- Leading the DevOps technologies and supporting the team's needs.
- Build and lead best practices, work processes, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including DevOps Project Managers, Support and RND
- leading and mentoring DevOps and other engineers .
- B.Sc degree in Computer Science, Software engineering, or another quantitative field is a must.
- 10+ years in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, networking, and CI/CD
- 5+ years of experience engineering, developing, and troubleshooting large production-grade distributed systems
- 3+ years of experience in running k8s in production .
- Senior go development experience.
- Experience with helm, monitoring, k8s state-full application/databases .
- Presentation skills with high comfort speaking with Management, support and developers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
- Fluency in Hebrew and English is essential

At the Applications group at Tufin, you will be part a strong agile development team that’s working on a very complex core product - SecureChange.
In your role as QA engineer :
- You will help develop software using the agile/scrum methodology and will be involved fully in the software development lifecycle alongside developers in an integrated environment.
- You will perform manual tests, maintain, and enhance automated tests, contribute to test strategies, and record test issues in a complex architecture environment.
- You will build from scratch automated API tests and UI tests, in order in improve our development cycle and allow high-quality releases.
- You will play a key role in the design, planning, and testing of an enterprise security system.
- You will work closely with various QA, Dev and Product groups, enhance the awareness of quality among different teams within the engineering organization.
We're seeking candidates who are passionate about technology - some of the tools you will gain exposure to – GetGauge plus Java, Kotlin,Postman, Docker, Kubernetes, and the latest automation technologies.
- At least 2-years’ experience in Software testing.
- At least 1-year experience in writing automated tests using different frameworks.
- Experience in Linux.
- Proficiency in Kotlin/Java/C#/Python and Selenium, Jenkins.

As QA engineer in Tufin, you will highly involved in the development process, starting from the requirement gathering, prioritization, and documentation.
You will start testing the features from its very early stage and will be able affect its feature quality, insuring that the code is always shippable.
QA engineers are required to work with ‘first line’ network devices while constantly maintaining knowledge along with newest technology changes.
Responsibilities:
- Be focal point of the features within your R&D team.
- Build and configure complex virtual/physical environments.
- Investigate, analyze and find the root causes for the software failures.
- Design, write and run test plans for new features.
- Maintain and research network security devices.
- Build and execute automation test cases and test suites.
- Work closely with our Product Owners to impact feature’s design.
- Deep knowledge and experience with different firewalls/routers configuration (Palo Alto/Check Point/Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet)
- Networking knowledge -A MUST!
