We are currently seeking a (Senior) Software Engineer to join our R&D team in Kosice and support our project teams in the further development of our standard software ARIS. ARIS is the market leading solution for the design and optimization of business processes. You will work with agile methods (Scrum) and get to know all phases of software development: from design to implementation, testing and validation. New technologies and trends play an important role for the success of our products as well as our own innovations.
Essential Functions
User-centric development and elaboration of UX/UI concepts based on requirements in close coordination with business and technical stakeholders
Creation of UI designs as preparatory work for the development team, from low to high fidelity
Collaborative further development and maintenance of the design system with other product designers
Planning, implementation, and analysis of evaluations
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor/Master in Computer Science or comparable degree
Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript, React)
Use of common design tools (Figma, Balsamiq Wireframes, Mural)
Knowledge of UX/UI design (personas, user research, information architecture, user flow, design patterns, visual design, responsive and adaptive design)
Confident in working with different stakeholders and communicating design concepts in German and English
Good sense of composition, form and color, visual imagination, and the ability to explain design decisions clearly and comprehensibly
Structured, creative, goal-oriented and independent way of working
Technical understanding to translate requirements into feasible, user-centered designs
