What you will be doing
- Working closely with the business analysts and developers to deliver quality product.
- Responsible for producing high-quality code while adhering strictly to the FIS standards.
- Hard-working and open to learn and adopt for new technologies while understanding the move to new technologies will be slow and steady for product stability.
- Be competent in handling constant change of scope and solution. Priorities can shift quickly because of our dedication to the clients and drive to keep them up and running.
- Engage with knowledge transfer activities.
What you bring:
Knowledge / Experience
- 6 to 8 years Experience in developing and maintaining Insurance product dealing with workflow system.
- Excellent communication, both spoken and written – Ability to discuss and clearly communicate technical solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion.
- Attention to detail – track record of authoring high quality code.
- Experience of delivering high quality application interfaces and/or database code (SQL)
- Experience in working in a distributed global environment.
- Good expertise in maintenance of applications using legacy technologies.
- Ability to deliver results under pressure.
- Self-motivated and self-learning attitude.
- Quick Adaptation to new tools and techniques.
- Effectively communicate with clients and those outside of their role, especially when it comes to discussing issues with development. Having the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people.
Relevant Exp in Development should be 6+ Years. Experience in developing and maintaining projects using technologies C#, SQL, .NET, RESTServices, WebServices, Angular, AWS, TypeScript. Good to have VC++, MFC, WCF Strong troubleshooting skills. Should have very good hands on SQL concepts. Must have experience with Source Control Management tools and Defect Tracking tools. Be competent in handling constant change of scope and solution.
