Your areas of responsibility:
• Lead Qualification/Management: interface with incoming leads to identify accounts with potential to grow into large revenue accounts and prioritize work accordingly.
• Assist Regional Engineering Managers to keep key projects moving forward by identifying and prioritizing needed support, coordination with Sales Operations, Product Management, Support Engineers, and Marketing.
• CRM reporting assistance. Assist with CRM report functions to assist REMS/IREMS/Marketing/PSE.
• Small Revenue and Distributor Account Nurturing of smaller accounts of < $20K/Year Sales to facilitate growth.
• Attend all company training sessions/classes as required per SOP#6.2.1-1.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications we are looking for:
• BA/BS degree, preferably in technical field, or equivalent technical experience.
• Minimum of 1+ years of proven Inside Technical Sales experience
• Experience working with Microsoft CRM (or similar) and Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading skills
• Ability to travel to a limited number of training opportunities, sales meetings and trade shows as assigned.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
