TotalityLMS is the company that developed a state-of-the-art loan management software system providing customers with a platform for streamlining lending decisions with seamless automation and real-time KPI tracking.
Valmar Holdings is looking for a passionate, accountable, and team-oriented Customer Success Manager in the Buffalo area to work directly with TotalityLMS customers! The ideal candidate possesses a hunger to learn our loan management software and how it provides positive outcomes for customers. A robust onboarding curriculum has been established which includes up to four months of training with users of TotalityLMS including the Call Center Manager, Loan Officers, and Loan Collectors to learn the system inside and out.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Be the point person for TotalityLMS customers and advocate for their needs and requests from onboarding to launching new or migrating existing portfolios to identification and execution of operational efficiencies.
- Onboarding new customers to ensure they are properly trained, educated and up to speed on the software and its capabilities.
- Support customer growth and retention, ensuring that they get the most value out of the loan management system.
- Identify areas for improvement in the customer experience, including opportunities for product enhancement and new feature implementation.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of industry trends and developments.
- Collaborate with leadership and complementary teams across the business to help customers execute their business plans, meet objectives, and improve KPI’s.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Outstanding written, verbal and customer-facing communication skills.
- Proven track record working directly with customers to deliver meaningful business results, including answering support and service questions, troubleshooting, following up on cases, asking for feedback, and keeping track of all necessary documentation.
- Excels in a team environment, displaying the energy and ability to collaborate with colleagues to solve problems and achieve company-wide initiatives.
