The Opportunity
VistaVu is looking for a driven, customer-centric individual who is detail-oriented and proactive. Preferable with SAP Software experience. The ideal candidate should be able to identify opportunities for customer growth and process improvement while effectively advocating on their behalf.
As a key member of the customer success team, reporting to the Director of Customer Success, the successful candidate will be responsible for revenue protection and growth with the existing client base. The role's primary purpose is to work collaboratively with a select group of assigned customers to ensure continued success, including recurring revenue and upselling/cross-selling.
You will be responsible for facilitating an ongoing relationship with customers in the SAP Business One unit throughout their customer journey.

What will you be doing?
- Protect Annual Recurring Revenue for the team.
- Manage your assigned accounts effectively to prevent churn.
- Protect Annual Recurring Revenue account management.
- Assist, support, and attain New Revenue through upsell opportunities.
- Maintain and lead sales pipeline for assigned existing clients.
- Assist and support the capture of testimonials.
- Liaise the with the Delivery and Product teams on customer feedback and insights.
- Respond to client escalations.
What experience do you need?
- Bachelor's degree in any field, but with emphasis on Business Management, Accounting, Finance, and other related areas.
- Professional certification in SAP Customer Engagement Executive (CEE) is an asset.
- A minimum of 5yrs experience working in a similar capacity within an ERP system implementation environment or SaaS space.
- Proven record of successfully managing large accounts and maintain Annual Recurring Revenue.
- Must have excellent client engagement skills.
- Has the ability to align client business challenges to developed solutions.
- Excellent customer management experience.
- Must have a strong technical aptitude.
- Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Great communicator with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
