JFrog Security is one of the main pillars of the JFrog offering and long-term strategy. We are pushing the boundaries of security analysis of both binaries and code, shifting left and bringing new and exciting features to developers and DevOps. We are searching for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to boost our growing quality gates, methodologies, quality innovation, and most importantly, protect our customers by simulating their use cases in a lab environment. In this role, you will be working with the developers to cover the progression testing plan and execution, develop and maintain quality standards & best practices, and analyze regression issues to boost our quality bar.
As a Senior QA Engineer at JFrog, you will...
- Plan, design and run testing for progression features
- Analyze and improve the regression testing suites
- Innovate quality projects and simulate our customers' use cases
- Closely interact with project managers, developers, and support regarding customer issues
- Investigate software issues as a result of testing
- Act as quality assistant to educate the developers in building a robust quality test plan
- Be the QA owner of an R&D group
To be a Senior QA Engineer at JFrog you need...
- 5+ years experience in testing design, analysis, and execution
- Experience with cyber security testing, data, vulnerabilities and networking
- Experience working with virtualization, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Experience in testing and quality methodologies
- Experience with SQL, API and UI testing
- Bug detection abilities and good root cause analysis skills
- Analytical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Self-learner and independent, with the ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Advantage: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a similar field.
