We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior DevOps Professional to be responsible for planning, coordinating and leading activities across the full delivery lifecycle, to ensure successful deliveries.
As a Senior DevOps Engineer in JFrog you will…
- Collaborate with multiple development teams to package and distribute software applications across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Debian, RPM, Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes platforms.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for installation procedures, configuration options, and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to implement and improve CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment processes, and manage infrastructure as code.
- Participate in cross-functional projects which requires high levels of ownership and integrity to accomplish.
To be a Senior DevOps Engineer in JFrog you need…
- 8+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering and DevOps
- Must have hands-on experience in designing and developing Kubernetes solutions on the cloud at scale
- Must be proficient in modern DevOps programming languages such as Golang, Python etc
- Prior experience with Helm charts, Kubernetes Operators
- Strong hands on experience in Kubernetes platform and flavors like Rancher, OpenShift, etc
- Hands on knowledge and experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Openshift, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerisation technologies
- Hands-on experience with container traffic management tools like Nginx, Istio, etc. is desirable
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management, using tools like Terraform and Ansible is desirable
- Certifications like CKD, CKA and CKS is desirable
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and the desire to expand into this area
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team
