As the Software Developer, you will be experienced in full stack development using common Agile practices, development practices in service-orientated environments. You will be working on an enterprise-wide solution, leveraging your expertise as a full stack developer.
The Full Stack Developer will support the agile software development lifecycle following Program SAFe practices. Use industry leading DevOps tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Unix bash scripting. Document and Perform systems software development, including deployment of build artifacts across different environments leverage GitFlow construct. Finally, use Java, Angular, Spring and C2S to develop solutions.
(Nights or weekend work is a rare event)
What you will bring to us:
- Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph
- Current DoD IAT II Level certification or the ability to successfully obtain one within 90 days of hire
- Willingness to work on-site in a secured environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of related technical experience
- Leadership – must be capable of planning work and working independently.
Would be nice if you bring the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience
- 3+ years experience as a full stack developer; current stack comprises of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, SQL, MySQL & PostgreSQL, Nodejs, Angular.
- 5+ years of experience performing the following or related:
- Service-orientated environments using effective Agile Development practices
- Responsible for the planning of systems maintenance, scheduling of outages, and performing system maintenance / updates.
- Experience in the software development lifecycle, with experience delivering within DevOps toolsets/practices.
- Experience utilizing software testing performance tools, such as Junit.
- Experience with scripting languages, such as Python, Bash.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment and tempo.
- Experience with development leveraging cloud data services (ex: S3, RDS, EFS).
