The Account Manager is responsible for providing the best customer service to assigned clients and assisting the Insurance Agent/Producer as requested. Provide service to assigned clients via telephone or email on an as-need basis. Collect information needed to generate insurance quotes & quote additional coverage as requested. Enter data into appropriate computer system and prepare monthly reports. Track renewal dates for assigned clients. Ensure all coverages are bound. Assist Agent/Producer with premium collection efforts.
