Overview
To design, develop, test, implement and maintain new IT solutions, or changes/enhancements to existing solutions that align with business initiatives and corporate strategies. Under minimal supervision, complete moderately complex/unusual tasks requiring moderate analysis. Cloud Development: The Cloud Computing focus specializes in the delivery of the computing services and the duties associated with it such as designing, planning, administering, developing, or maintaining applications in the cloud-based environments.

Responsibilities
Conduct research and analysis; make recommendations
Design and implementation of robust and scalable test automation solutions within an Azure DevOps and CI/CD environment to improve the quality of functional, regression, and system tests
Analyze, define and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating systems environment, interface with other systems, internal and external controls and output
Develop and maintain solution documentation
Identifying business requirements (e.g. needs, objectives, functions, features, input and output)
Maintain and monitor systems/applications after implementation
Prepare test data; conduct unit and string testing; debug code and systems components
Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business goals
Troubleshoot and resolve application/solution problems
Perform functional ADA testing on web and mobile using assistive technologies, color contrast validation, page-level accessibility checkers and guided testing tools
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
Experience developing scripts to perform comprehensive automated testing on multiple platforms including web based and Adobe Experience Manager CMS Experience with Azure Repos, GitHub
Knowledge of accessibility standards, patterns and policies (e.g., WCAG 2.0 (A & AA), ARIA, ADA, Section 508, 21st Century Video and Communications Act, etc.) as well as assistive technology (e.g., screen readers, magnifiers, alternative input, etc.)
Significant experience in working with all levels of staff, management, stakeholders, vendors
Knowledge of application development including determining, developing, testing, and implementing system requirements; designing, coding, debugging applications
Understanding of dependency management and build tools such as Maven Experience and test management tools such as Azure Test Plans and Perfecto
Organizational, planning and time management skills
Effective skill in analyzing and organizing problems or work processes for technical solutions
Effective skills in writing test cases and maintaining test plans utilizing Azure DevOps
Effective skill designing and deploying new, upgraded and/or existing systems
Effective skill in systems analysis, workflow, or procedural analysis
Effective skill in resolving conflicting requests and meeting changing requirements
Effective skill troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge of credit union operations/processes and procedures
Knowledge of Navy Federal Project Portfolio Management (PPM) knowledge
Salary: Level II $33.03 - $55.68 hourly | Level III $78,800 - $151,075 annually
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM
