Description
The Solutions ICAM Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for identifying and interpreting Zero Trust initiatives that can be implemented through ICAM IT services. This individual works closely with the Fort Independence customer and technical leadership to understand IC ICAM requirements and provide technical solution alternatives. This individual also supports hands-on implementation to deliver technical pattern and reusable code to support requirements implementation, which may include direct interaction with commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software vendors.
This individual drives implementation teams to comply with customer technical guardrails and performance standards, such as Agile methodology best practice implementation, security accreditation requirements, and execution of (Free and Open Source Software) FLOSS approval processes.
Primary Responsibilities
Experience working directly with vendors to evaluate capabilities and perform system-of-systems integration,
Collaborate with customer and Fort Independence PMO to interpret Zero Trust and ICAM requirements into implementation requirements,
Keep abreast of both industry public sector and internal customer initiatives related to Zero Trust and ICAM requirements
Basic Qualifications
Ability to hold TS/SCI Full Scope clearance Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 15+ years of related experience. A minimum, Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or other related technical field or Bachelor’s degree in a business or management-related field accompanied by experience managing complex programs. Experience with requirements decomposition and Systems Engineering best practices Experience with software delivery using Agile Methodology Use of JIRA and Confluence tools Experience effectively communicating at senior levels within a customer organization. Experience meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task
plans and deliverable items, and effectively execute in accordance with approved plans.
Demonstrated experience supporting customer projects and experience working with competing priorities. Demonstrated experience collaborating and coordinating across project teams and components facilitating information sharing, reuse and productivity improvements.
Due to the nature of the government contracts we support, US Citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of Zero Trust maturity models
Understanding of Fort Independence customer’s technical guardrails and implementation best practices
Pay Range:
Pay Range $142,350.00 - $257,325.00
