Job Description
Enara is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable DevOps Engineer with a specialization in automation and integrations to join our Latin American development team. As a DevOps Engineer at Enara, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to streamline operations, enhance system integrations, and drive automation initiatives across our technology stack.
- Lead and execute our integrations roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain seamless system connections.
- Work closely with the CTO and other technical leaders to identify opportunities for automation and cost-effective, out-of-the-box integrations.
- Take ownership of our infrastructure, including AWS management, cost reduction strategies, and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure server stability, optimize hosting costs, and identify opportunities for cost reduction.Incrementally set up monitoring and alerting for critical systems, prioritizing business-critical applications. - Collaborate with the CTO, Product Managers, and Tech Leads to maintain a backlog of system-level improvements and implement new integrations.
- Partner with engineering squads to identify and resolve development blockers, evaluate and implement tooling to improve efficiency, and identify automation opportunities within software processes.
- Install and manage applications and databases relevant to automation, process optimization, and external tools.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with
- Proven experience (3+ years in industry) in DevOps, infrastructure management, automation, and integrations, or a background as a rock-star early-career engineer with a strong interest in these areas.
- Proven experience managing services in AWS and Google Cloud.
- Proven experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- A track record of integrating external and internal tools (like CRMs, no-code tools, Zapier, auth platforms, payment platforms, etc). A track record of excelling in startup environments or multitasking across different domains.
- Excellent learning skills and adaptability to new platforms and technologies.
- Native or fluent Spanish communication (meetings within the engineering team are mostly in Spanish).
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken in English (fluent spoken English is preferred but not mandatory).

This is a remote-only position, with periodic in-person gatherings in Santiago or Lima, approximately once per quarter.
