As manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, designing, developing, and maintaining front-end web and mobile applications. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who thrives in a leadership position. Your passion for technology, expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and proficiency in AngularJS will be instrumental in guiding the team towards success. In addition, your strong focus on user experience, code quality, and innovation will be key drivers in our product development efforts.

What you'll do:
Develop and modify user friendly features for web and mobile applications that customers love
Be a champion for developing and adhering to engineering standards within your team
Support ongoing development for existing projects/applications
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
Improve test coverage of existing code bases
Collaborate with project partners to translate business requirements into digital solutions
Work in collaboration with UX and design resources, ensuring technical feasibility while maintaining a user-centric approach
Work within a product team to prioritize and implement new application features, while simultaneously maintaining the quality of existing features and functionality
Assist the product manager in running the product backlog, estimating backlog items, establishing sprint goals, and determining velocity
Ensure the highest standards of code quality and security are met
Collaborate with design teams and product managers to ensure the user experience aligns with accessibility standards

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's or higher degree
Possess over 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying end-to-end applications
3+ years of experience managing developers
Demonstrate a proficient understanding of web markup, encompassing HTML5 and CSS3.
Exhibit a strong grasp of client-side scripting and proficiency in JavaScript frameworks
Proficient in addressing cross-browser compatibility challenges and implementing effective solutions.
Skilled in applying GIT source code control and various branching methodologies. Proficient in debugging, performance monitoring, benchmarking, logging, and employing testing tools
Shown experience with test-driven development methodologies
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to foster effective collaboration and team management
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or similar field.
Experience in hybris Commerce development working in storefront and add-on developing applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience using one or more advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS, React, Vue or Angular
Shopify theme development / liquid experience
Experience working on Agile development teams
Experience with digital tagging and analytics measurement (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
Experience with AB testing
Knowledge of page load optimization
Leading Agile/SCRUM development teams
Using User Centric Design and applying User Experience concepts
Familiarity with data privacy concepts (GDPR, CCPA, PCI, HIPAA)
Knowledge of accessibility standards

Salary Range $107,760 - $164,850 USD
Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
