Bluesight is looking for an RFID Engineer to help us redefine what healthcare software can do. Our hundreds of customers rely on us to keep their patients safe and their pharmacies running smoothly while delighting them with every release.
At Bluesight, RFID is central to all of our hardware solutions. As an RFID engineer at Bluesight, you will be key in defining how we use RFID to solve real-world healthcare problems. This will include the design of new hardware systems, developing new RFID tags, and tagging solutions along with our partners. You’ll also have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of inlays suitable for use on pharmacy products and act as the technical advisor to our pharmaceutical partners as they integrate our medication intelligence solutions into their products. Lastly, you’ll be expected to automate test procedures, engage in system-level software development for RFID systems, and act as an escalation point for our Technical Support Team.

What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or another related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an RF Systems Engineer, RF Applications Engineer, or equivalent work / university experience
- Solid understanding of general Wireless and RF engineering principles
- Solid understanding of Electrical Engineering Systems Design best practices
- Ability to develop production-ready customer solutions from ambiguous requirements
Nice to have:
- Solid understanding of UHF RFID Protocols
- Experience building and executing test plans for RFID Systems
- Experience automating test procedures using Excel, C#, Python, or another automation tool
- Project Management Experience
$90,000+ a year
This is the standard base pay for this role. In addition to a base salary this position is also eligible for an amazing benefits package. Actual amount of salary will vary depending on position offered, experience, performance, and location.
This position is a remote position and open to applicants in the continental United States.
