What You'll Do:
- Assess our app sec posture. Analyze our application to identify security issues
- Strategize and Operate. Plan, execute, deploy, manage and maintain application security activities to maintain a low risk level
- Collaborate. Work with our Development and DevOps team members to identify and remove security risks
- Educate. Train developers on secure coding practices
- You will be reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of successful track record as an application security professional with focus on cloud native applications.
- Experience with application security and hands-on penetration testing
- Experience in application development with at least one modern programming language.
- Experience in GO programming language if preferred.
- Knowledge of OWASP
- Knowledge of DevOps and DevSecOps practices (including CICD security controls)
- Experience performing code reviews
- Knowledge of web application architectures
- Knowledge of threat modeling
- Cloud technology - AWS knowledge (must)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a must
