Vacancy Details
Duration: 1 Year Secondment (internal) or 1 Year Fixed Term Contract (external) with the potential to go permanent. (Please note, secondments are subject to line manager approval, please discuss this with them before applying).
Location: This role is based in The Quadrant:MK. This role is a full-time opportunity, flexible working patterns will be considered.
Band & Salary: Band 5 £26,000 - £31,503 (Subject to experience)

About the team..
Our team provides improved confidence and understanding in the way we manage our business, through pro-active business support, consistent business insights and improving capabilities in governance, assurance, risk, improvement, and change management.
We do this through advising, coaching and facilitating cross business conversation to determine strategic solution to identified business concerns.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking to appoint a Project Management Assistant who will work as an integral member of the Quality and Business Improvement Team (Q&BI). The talented individual will help oversee all IMS content ensuring it is available in the right place, at the right time, and up to date.
The individual will work with our stakeholders and users to publish content, answer queries and generally assist in the ongoing service and development of the SharePoint platform. The ability to produce MI/KPI reports will also be required.
Anyone who has knowledge of SharePoint, planning and experience of an integrated management system or content management system would be ideally suited to the role.
What does the average day look like?
As a valued team member, your role will involve:
-Assisting the IMS programme in the delivery of publishing of content to provide a populated IMS IT platform.
-Assist the IMS programme in the reconciliation of the IMS content with stakeholders to other systems to ensure that it meets its objective of being ‘one source
-Provide customer support and resolution for ongoing system issues, so that the system is constantly available for users across the business.
-Provide through the IMS reports to key stakeholders on systems and content usage to support business decision making. Including user guidance.
-Maintain effective relationships with key customers and stakeholders, upskilling the business on the IMS publication process, so that they understand what is required of them.
-Manage the production of project management plans and other associated project management documents associated to the IMS Programme as required
Essential Criteria
-Educated to HNC/HND level or relevant work experience
-Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Desirable
-Associate Member of the Association for Project Management or other professional body
-Good Microsoft Office skills
-Green Belt trained
-Degree in a relevant subject
