*Position: Senior Developer*
*Responsibilities:*
- Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Oversee the full software development life cycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices.
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software using ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Manage source code repositories using Git, ensuring version control and code integrity.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, sharing knowledge with the team.
*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of recent office supervisory experience in a software development environment. *(Fulltime Onsite is required)*
- Strong expertise in ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Blazor, React, Angular, SQL, and Git is a plus.
- Solid understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proven experience managing projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
