Responsibilities include:
Developing leads for new business opportunities through interaction with inbound leads, expanding relationships with existing customers, cross-selling within existing customers, and your own networking activities.
Developing your knowledge of our industry, building the expertise to act as a consultant to your customers in order to provide education and suggestions to help them with their projects.
Providing customers with project estimates and following a prescribed follow-up process to win the job.
Entering project details into our systems and following all steps of production to ensure a successful outcome and on-time delivery.
Communicating customer needs to the rest of the production team using provided software and production processes.
Maintaining accurate records of customer data and sales activities using software and other tools.
Qualifications include:
Experience in sales and in-person customer service is expected.
Experience in printing, signs, and/or marketing is preferred.
Skills for building lasting relationships with customers and team members.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional decorum, reliability, and perseverance.
