The Marketing Specialist supports the marketing, sales and business development teams in our CARFAX for Police department and is responsible for content marketing creation and event planning and management. This is a fast-paced role that requires creativity, the ability to pivot, innovate strategy and multi-task, strong attention to detail, project management skills and a deep understanding of brand marketing.
This role has an expectation of 3 days in the office per week, subject to change based on future business needs.
As a Marketing Specialist you will:
- Create and execute B2B lead generation campaigns via email, direct mail, social media and events that will optimize sales and business development opportunities and increase brand awareness.
- Manage all aspects of North American on-line and in-person events to ensure effectiveness and success.
- Communicate with and work cross-functionally across multiple departments and teams.
- Meet and exceed metrics for B2B customer engagement.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years’ experience implementing integrated B2B brand marketing strategies that grow visibility, credibility and name recognition to achieve target sales and business development goals.
- Strategic thinking skills with the ability to create and drive tactical program elements.
- Experience in sales enablement marketing strategy and implementation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects internally and externally.
- Project management, process development, and vendor management experience.
- Expert content writing; an eye for quality design/content
- Experience working with marketing automation systems (i.e. Marketo, Hubspot, etc.) to build, test, and deploy marketing campaigns to drive increase user engagement.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance, report on KPIs, and optimize tactics and messaging.
- Experience assisting with market research: administer surveys, analyze data collected, and determine marketing opportunities.
- Experience working with Wordpress/Contenful content management systems; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
