THE COMPANY:

Unison is entering an exciting new phase of growth, expanding into new asset classes and new geographic markets.

THE TEAM:

The Unison team is looking for energetic, detail-oriented Analysts to join the Management Development Program. Analysts will be paired with a senior leader for 6-12 month rotations through a range of business priorities including Finance, Data Management, Marketing, Origination, Investor Relations, Strategy and Product Development.

THE JOB:

Support managers and executive team in strategic areas such as Operations, Finance, and Business Development.
Contribute to decision making by performing and presenting accurate and thoughtful analysis.
Example projects include:

Generation of financial reporting and facilitation of multi-national financial compliance;
Financial analysis and diligence management for M&A opportunities;
Analysis of sales operations data and redesign of prioritization queues;
Research and create market entry strategies for new geographies and products;
Design and facilitation of marketing campaigns; and

Participation and leadership of culture and engagement efforts.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a business environment.
Familiarity with financial concepts such as NPV, IRR, and WACC.

Advanced Excel skills required.
Bachelor’s degree required.
