We are looking for an energetic Intern Digital Finance to join our innovative and ambitious organization.

About LeydenJar

LeydenJar is a high-tech company, developing pure silicon anodes for a lithium-ion battery that will change the world. We are proud that, here at LeydenJar, we:

boost Li-ion battery energy density by 70% by using 10x thinner anodes
improved cycle life to >450
achieved fast charging to 60% in under 10 min!

We are currently still in an R&D phase, but we are ready to start the actual production of anode foil. LeydenJar Plant One will open in 2026.

Your mission
This is a key position where you will be part of the finance team and you will support your colleagues to optimize all financial flows.
It is time to put your studies in practice and gain some on-the-job experience.

What you will do:

This role entails a wide variety of responsibilities, where you will be coached and mentored by the Finance Manager. From more hands-on tasks to learn the basics, you get the opportunity to:

- Participate or co-lead finance related projects and tasks in:
  - Accounting
  - Finance Automation
  - Financial modelling
  - Financial Planning
  - Project Management
  - Consultancy (improvements)
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (legal, HR, R&D and operations)

Job requirements

About you:

You are currently enrolled at economics, finance, data analytics, and/or accounting studies.
You are pursuing your HBO, university, or accountancy degree.
You can join us for min 4 to 6 months.
You are eligible to complete your internship in the Netherlands
You are analytical, a great team player and willing to learn.
You are fluent in English verbally as well as in writing
