Landscape Concepts Management is seeking a highly-motivated and client-focused professional to join their growing Grayslake business as an Account Manager for the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. This position will travel a couple times a week to the main office in Grayslake, IL.

The Opportunity

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
Build and foster relationships with LCM Clients and ensure satisfaction
Present recommendations for property improvements, proper horticulture procedures, and quality service within budget.
Manage all customer communication within client portfolio.
Partner with client to actively promote landscape enhancements to beautify existing properties.
Maintain a schedule for client/site visits to ensure quality and service expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
Lead in the resolution of customer problems or concerns.
Achieve revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals.
Ensure renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio.

3+ years' experience in the landscape industry in an account management or similar capacity
Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
Strong organization and conflict management abilities
Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail
Determination to exceed the goals of position, department, and company by working independently and as an effective leader.
Experience in managing enhancement sales and estimation
